Chappy is really tired of his sister stepping on him all the time!  He thinks she may need to take obedience classes!  He also wants her to learn to say "Excuse me!" when she accidentally runs over him!  If you have read any good books about manners, please write to Chappy and tell him so he can teach Quizzy some doggie etiquette!  Write to him c/o  Mrs. Kiser!
